Ingredients

- 2 cups strawberries, sliced lengthwise
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries
- 1 tablespoon Framboise (raspberry brandy)
- 1 tablespoon cane sugar
- 1 handful of mint leaves, rinsed and patted dry
- Zest of 2 lemons
Instructions
Whisk together Framboise and sugar. Set aside.
Place all berries in a mixing bowl. Pour Framboise mixture over berries. Zest lemons over berries. (Optional: zest ½ of one lemon on the side, to use as a garnish.) Gently toss all ingredients with a soft spatula, being careful to avoid crushing or mashing the berries.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Tuck mint leaves throughout the dish and top with reserved lemon zest.
