Ingredients
SERVINGS: ~12 popsicles
- 2 apples (prefer a sweet variety like Honeycrisp or Gala)
- 1 teaspoon apple extract
- 1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pint heavy cream
- Popsicle sticks
- Salted caramel syrup, for drizzling (optional garnish)
Instructions
Peel, core, and dice the apples. Blend them to a coarse puree, then add the remaining ingredients and gently pulse, until combined.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds (small paper cups work great too), insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for at least 6 hours. When ready to eat, drizzle some salted caramel syrup on top and enjoy.
