Gideon Burdick

Gideon works for Red Tomato, a non-profit food hub working on behalf of farmers in the Northeast to connect them to wholesale markets. Gideon's love of food grew out of spending time working at an agricultural estate in Italy. There, while raising a heritage breed of pig, he fell in love with the craft and honor of production and is excited to share with anyone he can what he learns, daily, at Red Tomato.
