Sunset Wine Party
Wine lovers, rejoice! The inaugural Ridgefield Wine Week commences this Sunday, September 16th, kicking-off seven days of exemplary wine dinners, wine hours and special tastings. Ridgefield Wine Week will culminate on Sunday, September 23rd from 6PM - 10PM with a festive Sunset Wine Party tasting featuring over 80 wines at the iconic Lounsbury House.
Restaurants taking part in Ridgefield Wine Week include Bernard’s, Sarah’s Wine Bar, Gallo Ristorante, Bailey’s Backyard, Terrasole and Luna Rossa. Liquor stores hosting exclusive wine tastings throughout the week include Ancona’s Wines & Liquors - which is also the presenting sponsor of the Sunset Wine Party, Cellar XV Wine Market, 109 Cheese and Wine, Village Wine & Spirits and Cheers Ridgefield.
Promising to be one of the year's most buzzed about events, Sunset Wine Party will offer the chance to sip over 80 wines, curated by Sunset Wine Party’s presenting sponsor Ancona’s Wines, while tasting cuisine prepared by Gallo Ristorante’s Executive Chef Giuseppe Castellano. All net proceeds will benefit Ridgefield Playhouse and Ridgefield Independent Film Festival. There will be wine talks led by highly-notable industry professionals, specialty bonus wines at the Townvibe Exclusive Tasting Lounge, great music by DJ Sean Big Daddy, a photo booth where guests can create GIFs and so much more.
