Join us at ROIA on Saturday, August 26 when Chef Avi teams up with James Beard nominated Chef Jeffrey Lizotte to bring you "Presently ROIA." Chef Avi and Chef Jeffrey don’t just look like alike, but these two share similar training and culinary philosophies. Chef-Owner of Present Company in Tariffville, CT, Jeffrey is a Simsbury native whose culinary résumé includes experience at David Bouley's Danube and Eric Ripert's Le Bernardin in New York City. During two years in France, he worked for Bordeaux's La Tupina and the Michelin-starred La Bastide St. Antoine.  

 

For Presently ROIA, Chef Avi and Chef Jeffrey will delight you with a special four course tasting menu that exemplifies this dynamic duo’s shared respect for local ingredients and showcases their love for French Cuisine. You know what else they love? They both love their community and are always striving to find ways to contribute. For that reason, 10% of the proceeds from Presently ROIA will be donated to Wholesome Wave. This is an event not to be missed.
