The Edible Nutmeg on the Road team has sent Chef Plum and Anna Zap (of Star 99.9's "Anna & Raven" morning show) on a mission of the utmost importance: to infiltrate Thimble Island Brewery in Branford, CT, and uncover how they produce such incredible brews! If caught, Plum is given the authority to exchange a beer-poached sausage recipe for his freedom. (Let's hope he gets caught.)
