Elderberry Rose (N)ice Cream

This vegan ice cream is the nicest homemade treat for friends and family!
Servings 6 Serving(s)

Ingredients
  

  • 6 bananas
  • 1 cup preferred berries
  • 3 tablespoons elderberry syrup
  • Coconut or almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons dried, edible rose petals (optional garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut bananas into 1-inch pieces and toss with berries in a mixing bowl. Freeze until firm.
    In a food processor, combine frozen ingredients and elderberry syrup. Mix until smooth, adding almond or coconut milk until a smooth consistency forms. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and garnish with rose petals. Return the mixture into the freezer and chill until solidified. (Best if left overnight.) Once frozen, the (n)ice cream is ready to scoop, serve, and enjoy! Garnish with rose petals (optional).
