Blackberry Bourbon Sour

This refreshing libation comes courtesy of Dave Blomberg and his CT Cocktail Car.
Servings 1 Cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Litchfield Distillery Straight Bourbon
  • ½ ounce Litchfield Distillery Bourbon Barrel Maple Syrup
  • ½ ounce aquafaba (chickpea water from the can)
  • ¾ ounce lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 3 large blackberries
  • Orange peel

Instructions
 

  • Muddle 2 blackberries in a shaker. Add ice to shaker along with remaining ingredients and shake. Pour through a strainer over ice in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with citrus peel and a blackberry.
