
Blackberry Bourbon Sour
This refreshing libation comes courtesy of Dave Blomberg and his CT Cocktail Car.
Servings 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Litchfield Distillery Straight Bourbon
- ½ ounce Litchfield Distillery Bourbon Barrel Maple Syrup
- ½ ounce aquafaba (chickpea water from the can)
- ¾ ounce lemon juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 3 large blackberries
- Orange peel
Instructions
- Muddle 2 blackberries in a shaker. Add ice to shaker along with remaining ingredients and shake. Pour through a strainer over ice in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with citrus peel and a blackberry.
