Learn how to make handmade, colorful pasta by extracting natural coloring from vegetables. By infusing the pasta dough with rich, vibrant and natural colors, the pasta becomes a beautiful masterpiece to the eye (and stomach). We will demonstrate two methods on how to infuse pasta, and guests will then have the opportunity to pick their preferred infusion, including spinach, beets, tomato and cocoa. 

The pasta made in class will be enjoyed as a fresh dinner and any leftovers can be taken home.
