The menu is a collaboration between Stefano Guanrieri, Head Chef with Hartford’s Carbone’s Ristorante, Marie Agresta, Pastry Chef at Carbone’s Prime and Xavier Santiago, the newly appointed Head Chef at Carbone’s Prime.
