Seven simple ingredients and 15 minutes are all you need to prepare this delightfully delicious summer treat, perfect to enjoy with family and friends! Berries boost health and are a wonderful source of fiber, and the Framboise will add a touch of elegance to your day. Serve this dish as a summer appetizer or dessert, on top of yogurt, or for a more indulgent treat, on top of ice cream.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 4 Serving(s)
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon Framboise (raspberry brandy)
  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 1 handful of mint leaves, rinsed and patted dry
  • Zest of 2 lemons

Instructions

Whisk together Framboise and sugar. Set aside.

Place all berries in a mixing bowl. Pour Framboise mixture over berries. Zest lemons over berries. (Optional: zest ½ of one lemon on the side, to use as a garnish.) Gently toss all ingredients with a soft spatula, being careful to avoid crushing or mashing the berries.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Tuck mint leaves throughout the dish and top with reserved lemon zest.
