Lauren Feinman

Lauren Feinman is Edible Nutmeg's copy-editor. She has volunteered with numerous animal welfare philanthropies (including African Impact, Elephant Voices, and the Mara Lion Project) and regularly stops traffic to rescue brave (if foolish) pond turtles which venture out onto the road. Lauren has an abiding love for animals of all stripes and is actively working to re-brand the term “cat lady” into one of admiration.
