Chef Suchada Palmer  Chef Instructor/Personal Chef

Learn how to make Thai food in this exciting, hands on, culinary class.  Chef Suchada will show you what true Thai cooking is all about and teach you how to use a blend of sweet, salty, bitter, and spicy to create a meal that everyone can enjoy.  The menu for this fabulous evening will consist of homemade wanton soup, fresh summer rolls with peanut sauce, fresh papaya salad with lime juice and tamarind, Hainanese organic chicken with fresh herbs and steamed rice with a spicy dipping sauce followed by a sweet sticky rice with coconut and mango.  Guests will be able to enjoy all of the wonderful dishes they learn to prepare and will leave with recipes and coupons in hand!

A word from Chef Suchada:  “What originally began as a passion for cooking Thai food and honoring family traditions quickly developed into this highly rewarding career.  I really enjoy cooking, eating and experimenting with the international foods, especially from my homeland.  I relish in sharing my cooking with family and friends, it gives me immense joy to see them eating the food I have prepared for them; their faces really light up when they savor that firs, delicious mouthful.  It’s a true labor of love.
