Join local professional farmers, Alexis Barbalinardo and Enya Cunnninghan of Back 40 Farm in Washington, CT for a visual presentation, Organic Gardening Demystified. Alexis and Enya will offer participants some practical “hands-on” advice and inspiration on growing flavorful fresh vegetables, herbs and flowers.  They will also share their expertise on a wide range of topics including soil health, composting, using space efficiently, growing plants from seed, controlling weeds and pests, inviting beneficial wildlife and preserving home-grown produce. Question and answers, as well as open conversation, will follow the talk. In addition, Alexis and Enya will provide more information about Back 40 Farm and their roles in this venture.
