Master the sensory skills and methods used by sommeliers to taste and evaluate honey like a professional. This course will give you the tools and skills to truly understand the complex nuiances of honey. Engage your senses through olfactory and gustatory exercises, learn how to write tasting notes then apply the methods to ID flavors and flowers for any honey sample. Course includes basics about beekeeping and honey production, composition, crystallization and physical properties of honey, principles of pairing honey with cheeses and all food groups.
