Who can resist delicious, artisanal PIZZA, with a crispy light organic whole grain crust, sizzling, flavor-packed organic veggie toppings, San Marzano organic sun-ripened tomatoes, and blobs of creamy cheesiness (sans oils and nuts)?  These artisanal pizzas are as fun to make as they are to eat!

On May 30 I'll make mouth-watering pizza that actually supports our health, low in fat, loaded with fiber, phytonutrients and antioxidants, sidestepping traditional pies' evil trio of high fat, cholesterol and calories! 

We'll ditch the inflammatory animal products, make our own rustic, homemade, organic whole grain dough, an array of tantalizing organic veggie toppings, and a creamy plant-based, low-fat alternative to mozzarella. YUM!  We also make (and savor!) tasty bread twists!

You'll all participate, sample the wares, meet a bunch of wonderful folks, and go home with recipes and happy bellies.
