Geronimo Tequila Bar & Southwest Grill in Fairfield is hosting a Mezcal Dinner on Wednesday, September 27 at 7pm.  The liquors be paired with Southwestern-Inspired dishes, including Scallop Ceviche, Shrimp Corn Soup, Cedar Plank Roasted Maple-Chimayo Glazed Salmon, Pomegranate Molasses-Ancho Glazed Rack Lamb and Mexican-Chocolate Pot de Crème, to showcase and complement the natural flavors of the spirit.
