Piergiorgio Nanni was born and raised in Rome, Italy. Upon graduation from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Chef Nonni worked in fine restaurants throughout France, Italy, and New York City. He has served as Executive Chef at The Goose in Darien, CT since 2010.
