Calabro Cheese Corporation has been manufacturing award winning, premium cheese since 1953. We use traditional, old world recipes for crafting the finest Italian cheeses in America. All of our products use farm fresh, local milk, and are all natural and gluten free
Thimble Island Brewing Company was founded in 2010 by two guys with a dream and no formal brew training. In July 2012 the first pint of our flagship beer, American Ale, was sold at KC’s pub in Guilford, CT. Later that year they opened the doors to the public and opened the original tasting room at 53 E. Industrial Rd. For three years the company continued to expand its distribution, product line and production capacity. In July 2015 the brewery was relocated .5 miles down the road to our current facility at 16 Business Park Drive. With over 30,000 sq ft of production space, a new 30 BBL Brew house, and a beautiful new tasting room, we were finally able to meet the demands of our beer-loving community!
