Douglass is a food journalist and writer based in Litchfield County. A self professed "student of food," Douglass has faithfully followed his nose through Venetian trattorias, Moscow markets, and Bangkok food stalls. He received his B.A. in English from the University of Hartford and worked as a project manager and staff writer for Premier Traveler Magazine in New York City. When not writing, he can be found playing guitar and arguing about the intricacies of cooking fine Italian food.
