The Honey Connoisseur: Selecting, Tasting, and Pairing Honey with Kim Flottum (editor of
Bee Culture Magazine).
She is the only American to be accepted into the Italian Registry of Experts in the Sensory Analysis of Honey, which led her to establish The American Honey Tasting Society (AHTS).
